Frequently Asked Questions

For well-Informed healthcare decisions

Is Almost Familiy the right choice for me or my loved one??

Selecting the care agency that is best for you or your loved one can be a stressful decision.  We understand this, and strive to make the process easy and transparent.  After the initial meeting over the phone, we offer a complimentary home visit with our Client Care Coordinator to allow us to meet you and, more importantly for you to meet us.  At that time an initial assessment is performed to determine your needs.  This visit usually last 30-60 minutes. During this assessment, we will give our recommendations on the care we feel is needed and how we can help.  Next, we select a caregiver we believe will be best for you to provide the highest quality care possible.  Even after care is initiated, our administrative staff is a phone call away and can even be reached for emergencies after hours.  Our administrative staff will schedule and perform quarterly “check-in” visits to ensure the care is going well and all of your needs are being met.

What Makes Almost Family different?
